Refund policy

Subscriptions (Yak Unlimited, Deluxe Tunes, Sledge Hammer) You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals — you keep full access until the end of your current billing period. Payments already made for the current period are non-refundable.

Artist Unlocks ($0.99 one-time) An Artist Unlock grants permanent access to that artist's catalog at the time of purchase. Because access is granted instantly and permanently, unlock purchases are non-refundable.

Song Credit Packs Song credit packs are one-time purchases and unused credits do not expire. Because credits are immediately available for use, credit pack purchases are non-refundable.

AI-Generated Songs & Licenses Once a song is generated and a commercial-use license is issued, the transaction is final.

Problems with a payment If something went wrong with a payment or you were charged in error, contact Base44 support within 14 days and we'll review it promptly.

This policy may be updated; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
